Abhhyangam is a rejuvenating full body massage done with medicated herbal oil with longer flowing strokes.

Kizhi is a poultice steam therapy wherein the body is massaged gently with medicated herb boluses along with the full body oil massage.
Benefits: Kizhi relieves osteoarthritis, spondylosis, muscular cramps, obesity, swelling, diabetes, lower back pain; improves the skin color.
Poultice steam therapy is given to the neck & shoulder/ leg &Feet.
Benefits: Relieves frozen shoulder, muscular disorders, cramps, swelling and pain.
This is a treatment of neck and upper back disorders. Specially prepared warm herbal is poured over the neck and retained inside a well, created with black gram paste/ urad atta.
Benefits: Helps in strengthening the muscles and nourishes stiff joint.
Kati Vasti is medicinal oil treatment for relieving tensions of the lower back and the disorders of the lumbosacral region.
Benefits: It is helpful in lower back conditions like lumber, spondylosis, sciatica and inter-vertebral prolepses.
In this therapy the knee joint is nourished with warm medicated oil. Specially prepared herbal oil is poured over the knee and massaged.
Benefits: It helps in restoration of the fluid and in process improves the mobility of the knee joints.
Spine Vasti is an essential therapy for managing pain in the spine focusing on the lumber region. Warm medicated oil is poured over the spinal cord and massaged.
Benefits: It relieves spine stiffness and inter-vertebral disc prolapses.
URAS is the term that refers to the chest region. In this therapy medicated oil is retained in the chest region for a particular period of time.
Benefits: It helps in maintaining strong muscles, prevents muscular chest pain and spasms. It is also beneficial for Asthma and respiratory problems.
This therapy is performed by pouring medicated oil in a dam made of black gram/urad atta placed on the chest followed by a nourishing massage.
Benefits: It balances digestive fire, strengthens the power of absorption relieves constipation, acidity disorders.
This therapy involves enema using medicated oil.
Benefits: It treats constipation, neurological ailments, paralysis, and flatulence.
“Shiro” means head and “Abhyangam” means massage. This is an Ayurvedic therapy which is performed to prevent and treat many psychosomatic illnesses.
Benefits: Relieves headaches and migraines, stimulates healthy hair growth, boosts concentration, prevents hairfall and graying, relaxes facial and eye muscles.
This therapy entails a relaxing foot massage with the herbal medicated oils to revitalize tired feet and stimulate body systems.

It is a Panchkarma procedure in which medicated oil or herbal juices are administered through the nose.

Upanaham is a restorative therapy in which a paste made out of the medicinal choornams and cured oils is applied over the affected part of the body followed by a nourishing oil massage and hot fomentation.

This therapy begins with Abhyangam to warm up and nourish the body followed by the continual pouring of medicated oil on the forehead in a pendulum motion.

This treatment is a kind of sedation therapy using herbal decoction. The body is made to perspire by means of pouring the kashayam. It aids in digestion, helps flush toxins from our body and pacifies excess pitta dosha.
In this therapy the oil is squeezed from a cloth dipped in the warm medicated oil into the patient’s body. It is the combination of Snehana(Oil Massage) and Swedana(Fomentation, sweat inducing, sudation)

Netratharpam is a cleansing process for the eyes which gives them a cooling effect, prevents eye diseases and strengthens the optic nerves.

This therapy is a unique system of treatment rooted in Kalarii (the ancient martial art form of Kerala). The marma pressure points are massaged in long deep sweeps with pressure especially from the finger tips and the palm.
